Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Used furniture or opened office supplies

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
we operate solely through Cash on Delivery (COD).

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns
For international customers, return shipping and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
